After a few shakedowns, fluffing and 15 minutes in the dryer on delicate this turns into the best affordable goose feather comforter ever. It puffed up perfectly and I ended up putting a duvet cover on it but the material of the comforter is soft and warm and it has a nice weight to it so it’s not super heavy. It does have slight crinkle sound when you move it but I honestly love the sound so that doesn’t bother me one bit.

This comforter is supple, has lots of fill (though the fill power is not specified), it's nice and heavy without being overbearing, and stays perfectly warm in 20 F New York weather without being stifling. Love the warmth, the coverage, the suppleness, and of course the price! Can't go wrong!

If “heavy warm camping” blanket is what you’re searching for this is it. I ordered this on accident (I wanted a breathable cool one) but THIS MF IS HOT. I wake up every night drenched. So if you like to be warm or are looking for a cold weather camping blanket this is it. It is good quality and soft.
