This 2-pack of cute, lightweight fleece dog shirts is a good value. I ordered size medium for my 11-pound slender Shih Tzu, according to the size chart, and they fit him perfectly. He seems comfortable in them. The fabric is soft, and the sleeveless style should be comfortable enough for him to sleep in. He has a short neck, and the neckline is low enough and the style won’t constrict his breathing or choke him. They cover most of his back, and the cutout on the belly provides enough room for him to use the bathroom without soiling them. Due to the lack of sleeves and relatively short length, plus the lightweight material, I don’t think they’re warm enough for outdoors on a cold day, but they could work well as a layer under a jacket that provided fuller coverage, and they’ll work well for indoors when a little warmth is needed. This is a very comfortable light sweater. My three pups love it! I bought a large for my Lhasa Apso and my mixed beagle and a medium for my Shi tzu. We live in Southern California our winter mornings are cold so they wear a jacket on top but later they are used as a light sweater. They are very easy to wear for all three pups. I am so happy to leave this review! So often online purchases don't live up to what you expect. These 'jamies' are perfect! The quality is great, the material is soft and stretchy. My baby loves it! Now, lets discuss the sizing....I read all the reviews and my little chunky schischon (24 lbs) was right between a Large and an XL but because he has a full fluffy coat and he is a little long bodied, I opted for the XL. The size is perfect! even as his coat grows out it still allows a comfy fit. Now if you have a sleek, short haired breed of 24 lbs, you could most likely get away with the Large size. These jamies are soooo comfy and cozy. Not too heavy, just enough to keep a chill away or wear under a jacket if needed....mine wears his to bed at night and in the morning before the heat kicks in. These are great little stretchy shirts for when the weather is cool but not real cold, or even for inside on cool nights. Sizes are accurate and the colors are nice. I really love these fleece jackets. They are very light weight, so they are great at keeping our short haired staffirdshire/basenji mix warm around the house in winter. I wanted something for every day wear because she gets chilly - but I didn’t want anything too thick that would get too hot. These are perfect! Now I’m adding lots of sizing details because I personally rely so much on others who do this, so here goes… Based on the sizing I originally got the XXL for her (she is about 45 lbs, but very stocky and muscular, so her body is fairly small). I added a pics of 2 different sizes - the XXL is the pic that is the fully pink shirt with the large neck. This size fits her a bit loose and very comfortably, but she rolls around and the neck is so large is pulls way down her body. (This is mostly due to her odd body shape! Not the fault of the fleece shirt.) So because they are so stretchy, and seem to stretch out a bit over time (they don’t shrink), I also ordered her XL instead. I have a pic there of her wearing the XL - it’s the pink one with the gray collar. This fits snug but it’s stretchy and will likely stay in place better. Just for fun and to help you all see sizing, I also put the XXL in my Kromfhorlander - he is also about 45 lbs, but he is much lankier and has a lot of fur. In this case, the XXL fits perfectly (but he really doesn’t need it with all his fur!) The XL would definitely be too small for him. I also included a pic of the two dogs standing near each other for sizing reference. :) I hope this helps! ... show more

Pros: My boxer/pit mix loves these! We live in Northern Michigan and is very cold for half the year. Zoey, being short hair has a tough time with the cold. Bought her these to go with her jacket for going outside. She wears it around the house and stays cozy! Con: The stitching is not very solid, or we got a defective one.
