We had to cancel our annual Grandma & Papa four day camping trip with our 4 grandchildren due to COVID-19. I thought, time to get creative. Decided to have a camp out at our house, create a "water wonderland" in our yard and celebrate all their birthdays missed due to COVID-19. This product was super fun for my grandchildren. Easy instructions and the product has a water image for the areas needed to be filled with water instead of air and the air was easy to fill using a simple portable air pump. Had a great time on the first day. Unfortunately, on the second day the seams ripped on the curved "bumper" causing the water to drain. It was necessary for me to run to Target to buy a couple of Slip-n-Slides and water balloons to continue our little water wonderland. This is the fantastic part, the seller sent me an email asking how our experience was. I explained what happened without whining, complaining and with zero expectations (I typically do not like to return product under a certain amount and write reviews unless something fantastic happens) . The seller was dismayed to hear our experience, sincerely apologized and offered to send a new package at no cost. I thought, "WOW, this is awesome!" and agreed to accept the exchanged unit. Now, more fantastic stuff... The return instructions were extremely simple, they did not require me to pack up the water slide and send it back. They issued an RMA number, provided the next steps and the exchange unit is on it's way. For someone like me who is in the technology industry where it is never "if" the product has issues, it is truly "when" issues come up, it's all about proactive customer service and resolving the issue with customer satisfaction.     • Use it once then toss it
I never write reviews but I am too disappointed to stay quite. What a waste of money. First there was a hole when I opened it so I used the patch tape, then when I spread it out I notice the side was half way ripped from the slide and the bridge does not stay attached at this point I was pissed but unfortunately it’s the Fourth of July and had 3 kids coming over so I have no choice but to use it. Then guess what they didn’t even use it because the water on the actual slide pointed to the outside and they couldn’t Slip and Slide. This is one of those thing you use once then throw it away. Very very disappointed ... show more

    • not as durable as I would hope
The pieces are connected with velcro and they don't like to hold on one they get wet. The slide isn't very wide and it tends to roll so the water gets sprayed in the yard behind it instead of on the slide. I am guessing we will get a few more uses out of it, but we have already tossed out the bridge thing since it falls. ... show more

    • Good value for the cost
My boys have played on this for several hours and it’s held up well. The arch does not stay up well, since one side of it has Velcro to hold it in place…. But we just position it toward the slip and slide mat and let it water the mat. My kids love it.

I had been eye balling this item for months. Another local store had a limited amount in stock and ran out before I could get one, which was probably a sign. Found it on Here and was so excited to get it. Everything looked great once we set it up and got it going until the side where water fills up on the slip n slide busted… it lasted maybe 24 hours and it split open at the seams. It isn’t fixable with a patch so it is basically trash now. It helped block and steer the slider towards the little pool, without it you have to maneuver yourself to turn. The pool has been useful but that’s about it. Don’t recommend due to poor quality. It was good for less than 24 hours of use but out of that time frame it was used maybe 2 hours. ... show more

    • Expensive ripped and holey. Buy a tarp and kiddie pool instead.
After using it once, my daughter who is 8 and underweight and the only child who used it, and definitely someone who takes care of her belongings..... most of inflatable parts are deflated..... today just tried to inflate again, it is mostly flat. She’s trying to enjoy the kiddie pool, which is somewhat fine? The orange slide is ripped from the “bumper” and the overhead sprinkler doesn’t stand up at all to shower. So I probably would’ve been better off with a separate kiddie pool and a tarp for less the money. Lesson learned, sorry Banzai. ... show more
