    • Great mat for an echelon bike
The high density mat is a heavy duty mat. It is firm with a lot of protection for flooring and is very sturdy. I have it on carpet and haven’t had any problems with it peeling in the corners or leaving any stains or marks on my flooring. I got it before my bike so I unpacked it, laid it out in the garage for a few days to air out and get all the curves from packaging out of it. This helped a lot. No smell or problems with it laying flat. Perfect match for echelon bike which I placed right on top of it. It’s rigid and doesn’t move easily which is necessary for heavy exercise equipment. Very stable mat. I’m not a fan of the white branding on the mat. I placed the brand in the back of the bike next to the wall. It’s not noticeable. The mat does have a shine to it but it’s not a distraction and hardly noticeable once bike is on it. Good purchase for the money. ... show more

Bought this for placing under a Total Gym. It is very durable so far, after a few months’ use. Stays in place. Heavy objects do leave a dent for a few minutes, but it springs back nicely. Good price, good quality. Highly recommend.

Purchased this mat for under a Peloton. This mat is going over a hard wood floor and seems to be perfect for that. It is a very dense material and heavier than the thin profile would suggest. The surface has a shiny, slightly textured finish that seems slicker than I expected yet not so slick that you'd be sliding around on it. It appears perfect for its purpose which is to insulate the floor from any marking from the bike supports and to protect the floor from sweat. The finish seems completely waterproof and easy to clean. I would have preferred that the edges were tapered; however the mat is at most 3 mils thick, so that shouldn't be a problem with catching an edge. I also don't think this mat would work well over a high pile carpet without some plywood underneath. Although very dense, its just not stiff enough to provide a stable base over a "squishy" carpet by itself, imo. The reason I chose this mat over the Peloton mat, when you include shipping they are about the same price, is that I wanted a thin, dense, non spongy mat for over the hard wood floor. The Peloton mat sounded more like a workout mat to me, although I have no experience with it. ... show more

Bought this for a Golplus 2 in 1 walk mill and fit well. I don’t know why there’s so many different sizes and not a really good option. They all should come with their own. Anywho, works great and you really should use one so you don’t burn up your treadmill. IMO

I purchased this home exercise bike to get some exercise from the comfort of my bedroom. I am able to watch my tv shows and bike at the same time. While watching my shows, time flies and I can ride for at least 20-30 minutes without really noticing how time flies. The bike was very easy to assemble. I put it together without any help and I’m a 61 year old female! I am very independent and don’t like to ask my husband for help unless it’s necessary. I have to admit he had to help me take the bike to the 2nd floor of our house, but that’s it. I did the rest and very proud of it. I ride my bike about 4-5 times a week. Worth every penny and very helpful when I cannot get any exercise outside like walking or riding my mountain bike. ... show more
