Had to return a brand new monstrum before i bought this but, this has a good glass, the clarity is nice as well! Taken 4 animals already, and it took about 30 minutes to sight in. Its set up on my 5.56 nato 20” barrel has held zero so far will give a update later!

We looked around for a while 3-18x50 FFP we came across the scope we compared it to many other manufacturers, offering the 3-18x50 scope. This has a one year warranty other manufacturers, or offering a limited lifetime warranty and our lifetime warranty on some brand names at the price of the scope. One year is fine. Other manufacturers are charging an awful lot more money to cover these other warranties along with a very high price tag on their scope. If we break the scope for the price and with new things coming out, this is a good deal with not a lot of money out of the pocket. This is packed with a lot of features and compared to other manufacturers, zooming in and out there’s enough adjustments to make it clear at any of the distances from zooming it from 3 to 18. It has elimination in the scope it has left. It has right it is up and down I adjuster, parallax adjuster and the light adjuster, which is on and off an intimate steps, which is pretty nice. Has lens cover pop-ups comes with the battery you can set your zero on it. At the moment there’s really nothing negative to say about the scope you could spend thousands of dollars on other brand names that may have a few other equalities that you may personally like over other brand names, but all in all the scope does the same job as the thousand dollar scopes. Meaning point to scope down range set the distance you want a zero at that and it repeats the accuracy without losing zero we did take the knobs and twist them rapidly back-and-forth to see if it would lose zero it did not lose zero it held zero. This can be used for short range and long range. The 3 to 18 zoom is really good if you wanna have one scope that’s really versatile what brand you choose is up to you but currently this particular manufacture and this model is at a really good price point and has really good glass quality throughout the different zooming distances. And yes, throughout the different distances at times we had to make a few adjustments, but we were always able to get a very clear picture.. Trying to buy a scope looking at all manufactures, It’s kinda hard reading all the reviews trying to get a good understanding of what may be better or not so good because so many reviews nitpick at this or that over all the manufacture scopes. There’s a lot of reviews even on Amazon some of them don’t even shoot the gun with the scope. They just give a review.. Using the scope currently everything works we have no issues at the moment we gave it four stars and after a while if everything stays the same we will upgrade the review, but we want to see how well it holds up as we use it. The eye relief or centering your eye so that you don’t get any black tunnel, and the vision is clear throughout your eye and looking through the scope. We found once it was mounted on the gun it was easy to find that neutral position, the scope isn’t bad. the scopes we have **** some are a little easier little more forgiving, but all the scopes I have used once they are mounted on the gun you kind of train yourself for that distance and position on each scope so you get the clear view and you don’t get the blocking a vision when looking through the scope It is holding up shooting a high-powered rifle, we did find a YouTube video before we bought this scope and that person was using a 556 round and put over 1000 rounds and the scope held zero for him. we haven’t put that many around through it, but it’s still holding zero and works good. I hope it holds up. That’s all I can say and will update the review if something changes.

I was a little hesitant to close on this scope. I own a few Burris and a monstrum and 2 arkens this scope is every bit as good as the arkens and a lot better than the monstrum. It is the quality I expect from Burris with a price of the monstrum. The eye box is sufficient; a touch tight on full magnification but not as tight as the monstrum. What surprised me was the clarity. My range faces west and I do most of my shooting in the afternoon. This scope was very easy to get a sight picture with the sun shining at me. This is where some other glass just falls apart. I did find the elevation turret to be a little spongy. The Parallax knob is quite stiff but usable. I would say if you are looking at an Arken save a little and go with the CVlife you won't be disappointed. Or better yet buy both and see for yourself.

Had to use pliers to turn the side focus and light also I barely got a red dot with the second battery. First one was dead. Only able to adjust range with throw lever

This scope has all the features I was looking for. I especially like that the illuminated reticle isn’t so bright that is “washes out” the view. Mounted on Ruger American in 243. Zeroed easily and seems to be holding zero. Only time will tell how it holds up. So far I’m very happy and it’s a good value.

These scopes continue to amaze me with every purchase. CV Life has made the Scope manufacturers up their game. I own 4 CV Life scopes now and Glass and build quality are comparable to much higher end optics. Do your self a favor and find one somewhere to look thru and you will see the value. Only reason 4 star is Eye box is a little tight. But for the money you can't go wrong.
