  • Seriously blown away
Color: Black Style: 20mm Picatinny | Crosshair
Wow.. this scope is absolutely great for the price, obviously your not getting a 300 dollar scope but god it’s better than the scope on my savage. Really smooth to sight in and great build quality.

  • Mounted on Benjamin Titan NP
Color: Black Style: 20mm Picatinny | Crosshair
First off, how could anybody who knows anything about optics give five stars for a $20 scope? Answer, I am giving 5 stars for a budget scope and I am not even considering measuring this scope against high dollar ones. Let's face it, you would not be reading this if you were considering buying a Leopold. I will update this review as needed, but for now since I have not shot my Benjamin Titan NP .22 cal with it mounted I am simply reviewing my impression of it out of the box and mounted. Scope looks very nicely constructed. I was surprised that the windage and elevation caps were aluminum and not plastic considering the price. The power ring is very stiff but I am sure it will loosen with use. Glass is clear and it has a duplex cross-hair. The tube is long so there is plenty of room to slide the scope back and forth to find a comfortable mounting spot to suit you. The rings look nice but were too tall for my liking so I just used the rings that came with my Benjamin and they were tall enough to mount this scope. I will update as soon as I get out to shoot. Update 3/5/17: Well I got out to shoot with it and again for a $20 scope I am leaving the 5 star rating in a budget scope category. I was shooting at 20 to 40 yards with overcast sky's in a heavily shaded area so lighting was poor, but the scope still pulled in decent light. I have to do some mods to make this gun and scope perfect for me but it has nothing to do with the scope just my preferences. I must of fired a hundred pellets and there were no issues with the scope at all. There was a full range of magnification with the power ring so the review that said there was no difference from 7 to 9 power must have got a faulty one. It is not very clear at 7-9 power at ranges inside 30 yards so you will have to back off the power but you really don't need that magnification at that range anyways. The windage and elevation dials were responsive to all of my adjustments. This scope is going to work perfect for my pest control, great quality for the price! Update 10/14/18: Scope has continued to be a great purchase. I have zero complaints with this scope for my backyard needs on a under $200 pellet rifle. Update 7/7/23: 6-1/2 years since purchase and still controlling pest with the same scope. Hundreds of pellets fired and works as good as it ever has. ... show more

  • Good scope for the money. I use it for short distance n it is out of focus.
Color: Black Style: 11mm Dovetail | Crosshair
The reason I am returning this is because for my backyard (relatively short distance), I could not get a clear focus at little over 5X. The box lid was torn and box was lightly crushed but scope seems to work. It was shipped in a plastic bag and not a box. Overall it was a good scope. I was able to dial in relatively fast. I like that you can adjust with your fingers. * This is mainly due to my backyard and distance to the target so for other it may be fine. * At lower magnification, target was in good focus but as soon an I raised it a bit, target started to be blurry. My airgun came with a 4x so I was getting little better. I do not think it is the fault of the scope. It is just my use. I will buy an AO version and I hope this will allow me to focus on the target better. ... show more

  • Descent scope for the money.
Color: Black Style: 20mm Picatinny | Crosshair
Very surprised this rifle scope is better quality than expected. Installed on .22 rimfire and perfect choice. Just didn't want to spend extra $$ for top brand names on small caliber long gun. For the low price you will be surprised.

  • WOW! Absolutely perfect, (economical and useable) 1 boring 5 shot group after another, PCP and Springers
Color: Black Style: 20mm Picatinny | Crosshair
Update: 5-13-2017 I mounted one of these on my Remington Tyrant XPG. Remington Tyrant XGP Air Rifle air rifle WOW! Absolutely great results. Turned it into a tack driver. Update: 3 of 4 scopes still going strong on springer's. Amazon let me return the bad one, no problem. CVLife even contacted me to get more information about the problem. First class customer service. Update: 3-5-17 Hatsan Edge lost accuracy, Something inside the scope has come loose, rattles when you shake it. Not good. Will have to see how they handle the problem. Magnum springers are brutal on scopes. Will adjust rating again if response is appropriate Update: I purchased a second one to replace the original scope on a new Remington Tyrant 22 cal. Great gun, horrible original scope. I popped off the old scope and dropped the new one in the existing mounts. Burned up 5 pellets getting the new one roughly sited in. Wow that was easy! The last target was shot on my crude indoor 10 meter range. I am going to order 2 more. They are a huge improvement over 4 x 32 scopes supplied with both my Remington 22's and even the slightly better one on the Ruger177 Blackhawk. This scope survived a couple of weeks and several hundred shots on my Magnum springer Hatsan 125, a rifle that destroyed the scope that came with it in a week. The Hatsan shoots standard 7.4 gr. lead pellets at 1250 FPS. No B.S. I crono'd mine and was amazed to see those velocities. To reach those velocities that rifle has a very heavy spring rate, cocking force and produces massive forward recoil. After Hatsan (great company) sent me a replacement scope I moved the CVLife scope to my 17 Cal Benjamin Maximus, all is well. It survived the Hatsan 125, it can survive anything. It was unaffected by its life on the ultimate scope killer Hatsan 125. It isn't perfect but it is a great value at its price point. On its new home, the Maximus it should have a long and easy virtually recoilless life. It still shoots one hole 5 shoot groups at 10 meters. I have not had a chance to use it outside. When it is minus 3 and the wind chimes are horizontal pointing east it is not good conditions to do accuracy testing outdoors. Gets a little fuzzy at higher powers and needs to be refocused, but hey, if you want one that doesn't, get out your wallet. I just leave mine on 3 power. For varmint control it is all I need. I love it. ... show more

  • You get what you pay for….
Color: Black Style: 11mm Dovetail | Crosshair
No parallax adjustment (or at least it doesn't work at high power and extremely blurry at even half power). Certainly not a well made scope but works ok at close range on an air gun and clearly ok for the price. Having said that, I'm just ok just having an "ok" scope so my bad for buying such a cheap scope. Upgraded immediately. ... show more
