The product itself is nice. However, it was shipped wrapped is a haphazard fashioned cardboard with no notice on the outside that it shouldn't be folded, bent, etc. It was bent in 2 spots. As I bought it for a gift, I have it under some heavy boxes trying to straighten it out!

First off, I LOVE this sign. I had it made to fasten to my dogs crate. It says her name in the friends font and it is soooo cute! I took one star away because of the packaging it came in. It came in a box that was kind of in bad shape and much too small for the sign. The box was basically open and the sign was bent. I was able to fix it but it was still a bit of a bummer. They should get boxes that actually fit the item in them and wrap the sign in a protective wrapping/bubble wrap for protection as the metal is very malleable. . ... show more

I order two of these. One for each side of my mailbox. When my order arrived, I noticed how sturdy the signs were, and I really liked the design. However, the font size and number placement was off from what I selected. I contacted the company in order to return/correct the signs. They promptly recreated a mock-up, received my approval, then sent out replacements at no cost to me. My new signs arrived and I put them on my mailbox. The product arrived quickly and my address was correct. Sign looks nice. I got the star field background with white letters and the address shows up nicely. I got this sign for my back gate that opens on to an alley (propane tank access) and it's fine for that. We had to punch holes in the corners because it comes without any mounting, which is fine because people use these signs for different applications. The metal did bend a bit when I tightened the screws into the wooden gate, but nothing snapped and the sign is in place. ... show more

Bought these for me and my husband’s game room with our gamer handles on them, his is the tropical one that reads “cjonesuno” and mine is the other that reads “jenaefromdabloc”. They’re absolutely beautiful and I can’t wait to put them up.
