I initially ordered this with one design then canceled that order and reorder with a slightly different design. My second design was in grayscale which they were unable to do, so they redesigned it in black and white and the end results were beautiful. With other companies, it has taken weeks to get glasses printed and at least some of them have arrived broken. These were promised in a week and showed up two days early. The purchase was a waist. it said Engraving and when I got the purchase there was almost half of the glasses were cracked and not the glasses that I asked for also it was not engraved it's some kind of a sticker that they put on the glass and they put the wrong image on the glass I sent them to images one for the front and one for the back and they did not do that the only did one image and it was the wrong image. ... show more
