Shipping, packaging,communication all an A+ . Was hoping to use them immediately so I threw them in the diswasher The coloring on 3 of the glasses disintergrated. Personalized lettering was completely fine just the coloring came off.

The purchase was a waist. it said Engraving and when I got the purchase there was almost half of the glasses were cracked and not the glasses that I asked for also it was not engraved it's some kind of a sticker that they put on the glass and they put the wrong image on the glass I sent them to images one for the front and one for the back and they did not do that the only did one image and it was the wrong image. ... show more
