I am so pleased with these boots!!! I chose the chestnut color option with the ivory colored fur lining. Appearance wise they're gorgeous! I received lots of compliments and inquiries about them. As soon as I slipped them on I felt like that I'd been wearing them forever! SUPER COMFORTABLE! The fit is perfect (I'm a women's size 11W). UPDATE: seller sent me new boots. They are cute, comfortable and soft in the inside. I love them! Look for picture with me wearing them! ——————— I was initially excited about these boots. The color is beautiful, and they fit perfectly. Unfortunately, my experience was soured when I received what appeared to be used boots. The boots arrived in a clearly used state. The bottom was dirty, the inside heel had noticeable grime, and there were visible stains on the top of the shoes. There were traces of what looked like animal hair and even marks of toes inside the fur lining. Overall, while the product itself could be great, receiving used boots significantly affected my satisfaction. I hope the seller addresses these quality control issues to prevent such disappointments in the future. ... show more

Honestly, I’d give these 4.5 stars if halves were possible. I only docked them because the loop on the heel back is too small for my fingers, so I use a shoe horn. I got these in gray in a 9W though I usually wear an 8.5W. I did that to accommodate socks and toe room because I live in Minnesota. I spent the first few weeks wearing them without socks around the house so that the leather would start to conform to my boxy feet. (Yes, my feet are rectangular with short toes.). The shoe horn helps my heel slip in without collapsing/crushing the heel counter. At first, the instep near the “collar” seam was snug, but giving them time to stretch has paid off. Now my feet go in with relative ease wearing thin socks. They don’t have much arch support, but the faux sherpa helps some. For the price, the suede leather on these is really nice. For context on my wide feet, I wear Alegria Mary Janes with the “wide” insole. Their shoes built on their “rocker bottom” are a C-width and the shallower “wide” insole option makes them comfortable for someone who needs a D-width. I also wear Kizik sneakers in a 8.5 wide which is a D. These booties got their first real test of temps in the low teens today and my feet were wonderfully warm without being sweaty or clammy when I was indoors. They won’t be great when we get serious snowfall because snow will get in around my ankles, but if I’m going somewhere that I don’t need to worry about stepping into deep drifts, these will be perfect. They’re stylish enough that I can have warm feet while wearing a cute dress, skirt or jeans without looking like I’m going on an Arctic expedition. I have Columbia boots for that. I’m considering getting another pair in a different color. I’ll definitely be getting a suede care kit to keep them looking nice. Definitely worth trying. ... show more

Got these boots as a Christmas gift for my mom and she loves them, in fact she wore them throughout the remaining of the winter up until the April (lol). She says they are more comfortable than the high end brand, and how warm her feet feel when wearing these ankle boots. She also likes how easy they are to slip on and off her feet! I love that there isn’t any name plate anywhere, just a plain and simple generic boot that is well made and fits like a dream. I also love that the sole is rubber and not some plastisized imitation. The faux fur inside is a little on the slick and thin side but I put insoles in all my boots anyway so it doesn’t matter. I got my usual size 6 and there is room for a medium weight sock if I don’t use the insole. I appreciate the pull tab but I was able to slide my foot in without sitting or pulling anything. I have a long shoehorn that I keep at the ready so I never have to bend down. Im more than happy with these boots. Living in Florida, I don’t use them but a couple of months out of the year so these should last me. The taupe color is a brownish greyish color, not light and not dark but a medium shade. I have bought 5 different styles and pairs of Cushionaire boots for myself, or as gifts for my daughters. We also have Ugg boots and like those, but these are JUST as comfortable and for half the price. I have found that I needed to half size down for the mules/clogs but half size UP for the ankle boots. I bought these when the Uggs didn't offer half sizes in some styles and have LOVED this brand. They are durable, quality of suede looks great, and I will continue to look for the new styles to be released in this brand.
