This cover is inexpensive, shipped quickly, seems fine quality, and covers the exposed 4-pin plug on my trailer, just what I wanted. Seems durable enough for the 3-ish dollars I paid. Can't ask for more than that, I'm satisfied. Note: This is supposed to be for the vehicle-side plug, so the molding in the cover is not for the trailer-side plug like I used it for. Even so, it still works fine. Easy enough to install by slipping it over the head of the plug and it covers the plug no problem. Might not be perfectly waterproof this way, but it'll be water resistant and more than good enough for me.

As luck would have it, we own a travel trailer which my hilarious ex-circus performer hubby affectionately refers to as 'The Beast'. Beast indeed! But let's backtrack a little. This isn't just any trip. This is a road trip featuring yours truly, my three resident monsters-for-children, hubby with his grin (and juggling skills), Couch Potato Uncle (our navigation maestro), newly single Auntie riding shotgun, and grandpa, the Evel Knievel of wheelchairs, all in tow. I put a trailer wiring harness on my Polaris General for trailer lights. Bought this handy item to keep it clean when I go off-road. It gets muddy under there and this keeps the connector clean. Now I’d like to find some for the other ends that are on the trailers.
