I was thinking about this for along time and was worried to try it. But finally I overcome my fears and bought it to give it a go. And happy that I made this decision, because after I tried I noticed I had Urethral structure for years and didn't know. This helped me to fix it. I tried the smallest one (6mm) it was hard for first day but after few days it got better and better I stay on smallest size for two wekks and will gonna go to next size. Great product! Although the length is intimidating, just use lube and go slow. It’s a great feeling having the tip enter the bladder(?). Already up to 10mm! Leave it inserted to expand your urethra, slowly remove, and repeat insertion. Try the next size and continue. It’s an amazing feeling - little pain and a lot of pleasure! May try metal dilators next!

Very long. Cheap but overall good quality. Soft when used with lube. Easy to clean. Kind of hurt a little but maybe i used them wrong. Make sure to use lube. They were easy to use. Overall very satisfied. Did its job.

These two feel pretty good when is gonna put in the penis you just have to watch go slow. Make sure you wipe it off of alcohol then wiped off once it goes in burn like hell but make sure you lubricated go halfway and take it out and go in until you can’t go anymore it feels good

Not comfortable at all... it is not frequently that I get something that I am not satisfied with, but this is one of them... I do not like the quality and it generated a burning feeling when urinating... This takes some time... even the smallest one. One of my very few Amazon Regrets... I do not recommend these to anyone!

After 2 Surgeries to remove Scar Tissue caused by Stone Removal Surgery, I was told that I would need a full Urethral Reconstruction using Skin Graft from my Mouth due to Stricture (shrinking & tightening) of my Urethra :( I decided to try something & I am very pleased to say that using these to Dilate or Stretch my Urethra open twice a week, I am urinating better than my younger self :) I start with I think 2nd size up, I wash it then sterilize it with Alcohol Swab Patches, apply Personal Lube like KY Gel then insert & run up, past Prostate & into the Bladder. I leave it in while I brush & floss my teeth, remove it then go again with a larger size, probably 5.5mm to 6mm but your fit will be different to mine,... I leave the bigger one in for 5 mins or so while I shower, remove it then urinate to flush the pipes lol. The thin one is challenging because it's not very strong or rigid so its a bit hard to push past the resistance of the Prostate & Bladder Sphincter so you need to start with one thin enough to get in BUT thick enough to penetrate. This all feels weird at first but I do this twice a week gladly to avoid a horrible surgery :) Btw, I get ZERO sexual buzz from this routine at all lol.
