This is the BEST option for a cup rinser on Amazon. I've had one that was cheaper and no name but it just wasn't long enough to fit through all the way of our granite countertop so it was difficult to get the supply line hose connected. Did some searching and this specific cup rinser stated it was longer for granite counter tops and it's PERFECT. It's so much easier to install as well, the two screws to secure the rinser base down from the underside of the counter is such a better design than a normal locking nut. The sprayer is powerful and easy to activate. Seriously this is the best option for the price, just go for this one. I regret ever fiddling with the other ones.

Rinses fast, and powerfully. I plumbed mine into hot water and it does a fantastic job and there are zero flaws there. The “but” comes in with the way it shuts off. The valve is VERY quick. I had to install a water hammer arrestor to keep the noise and vibrations down. Other than that, this is probably the best rinser out there.

I had this for about 3 months and my glass cleans well. But recently, it started leaking out the top (holes) because water is constantly running through it. I've contacted customer service but no one has replied. Keep this in mind before purchasing the product. Edit: Customer service has reached out to us and was able to ship out a full replacement to me.

I've been using this rinser for a few months now allowing for ample time to see if it's worth it. I didn't know I needed this until I realized how much I use it. It's well worth it! After comparing several brands including Delta's version I decided I didn't want to pay a ton for a rinser but wanted one that looked appealing and seemed to be of high quality for a lower price point. This rinser fit my criteria. My husband had it installed in a few minutes. We have had no leaks or problems using it. Occasionally there is a loud noise it makes when you forget to shut off the water facet while using it. To me, this is minor and hasn't affected its usage or effectiveness. I reached out to the seller when I realized I didn't add the added free one for the promotion that was going on at the time. They sent the additional one and responded quickly which was a bonus. If you have teens and are constantly reminding them to rinse their cups or to clean out their tumblers then this device makes it a bit easier. I only wish I had one of these when my kids were smaller for all the bottles and kid's cups I washed over the years. It would've made it much easier. If you are redoing your kitchen or changing out facets in the kitchen then consider a rinser because it makes tumbler cleaning easier.

The size of it is perfect, It cleans just about any cup I have and the appearance looks like it came with the sink it looks very professional. it was also super easy to install and it does not leak. overall, if you were looking for a cup cleaner, this is definitely the one to purchase.
