The PVC tubes that came with my unit actually measured out to be 5/8" PVC, so the extra 3/4" foam cup holders I also ordered didn't fit properly. Mine came fully assembled and the tubes fit snugly in the bearings assemblies. The item description doesn't mention a reversing function, and "Rufus" states this unit rotates in one direction only. Much to my delight, turning the switch on-off-on did reverse the rotation direction. It is moderately heavy and appears well manufactured. The winged screws for attaching the tubes to the motor output shafts are a bit tedious to line up with and install in the corresponding threaded holes in the output shaft. But once you've successfully installed one, you get an idea just how far to insert the tubes onto the shaft. Overall I am quite satisfied with this purchase in spite of the oddly sized PVC tubes.

I dislike having to twist on and off the pvc the screw mechanism is hard for me to grip and turn. My hand cannot fit in the allotted space to tighten it. If I needed to take a tumbler off u have to unscrew and replace. Not efficient. I wud change that feature. Can’t find the hold either. Very hard time.

The media could not be loaded. I can’t write two reviews I guess, so. I bought a 4 cup turner, the first 2 cup turner I think kind of resolved itself(still keeping an eye on it) but now the 4 cup turner I just received yesterday is doing the dip was bigger than the other on BOTH sides! I just wish this issue was fixed!!! First review, It arrived quickly, easy to put together and quiet for the most part(sometimes makes small sounds of I’m not sure what but not distracting) however the worry I have is the little dip and shake it started doing after I’ve used it about 5 times, it’s only on the one side. But now I’m worried about my epoxy not settling right because of it 😔 it stopped doing it for now.

Just set it up and after 20 minutes one of the motors starting making a muted grinding vibration type of noise. The other one is very quiet so far. Will keep using it this weekend and if it continues I will return it for another one. Other than that, it is smooth, no wobble, and seems to work OK. I believe this is a good product, it is just that mine has this one issue. No one else has mentioned it, so I am guessing this is just one that slipped through quality control. I will give 3 stars because I don't like to complain and maybe the noise will stop and, if not, I am confident the next one (if I return) will be fine.

UPDATE: When this review was seen, they replaced the product immediately!! The new turner has been working perfectly!!! I appreciate the swift action to remedy the situation!! I am SO SAD!!! This turner was delivered on 11/30/19. It was AWESOME!! Until yesterday 02/03/20, IT STOPPED TURNING!!! I’ve only used it a handful of times and all of a sudden it doesn’t work anymore!! And of course, the return window closed on 01/31/20.
