I really like the twisty glass, even though it's not a traditional "rocks" glass shape. I'd like it if both of these were a bit heavier, but for this price you can't beat them. The spherical ice cube molds that come with them are easy to use; I like that each is separate so you can refill as you use them, rather than it being a tray (because rarely are you going to need all 4 at once). However, the ice is too big for the twisty glass, which has a tapered bottom. As you can see, it completely fills the bottom of the glass, leaving no room for whiskey to swirl around it. Very impressed with the style and quality of the glasses. Twisted glass is a little difficult to hold, but I love the style. Great value for the price. I also like that I got 8 ice ball makers. Very pleased.

The glasses have a nice heavy feel to them and are nicely designed. The spherical ice cube molds are stackable, although they do take up more freezer space than large square ice cube molds. Also, getting completely spherical ice will take some experimenting. Just filling and freezing them results in some odd spherical shapes. Also, it sometimes takes running the mold under water to get them apart to remove the ice cube. But the large, round ice cube lasts a long time. ... show more
