I saw this on YouTube as a new 3m innovation. This sandpaper does a fantastic job and does not load up with paint or anything. I installed it on my DeWalt Orbital Sander and I had ordered 120 grit since it said you get good results from finer grits. I had removed an old light fixture and needed to sand and paint around the smaller fixture so it was smooth. The sander smoothed a pretty significant ridge and bump right down in no time and left no paint stuck in the grit! I was amazed it took down the ridges so quickly - it is NOT all talk. I can see no degradation in the paper so it looks like this pack of 50 will last quite a while!! Great stuff! Worth every dime since it gives much more service for the cost!! ... show more

    • Best sandpaper out there
More expensive than the cheap sandpaper but last way longer. Removes material quickly and smoothly. I can go straight from 120 to 220 for most projects which saves time and money.

    • Works great and long lasting
Cubitron outlast the standard sandpaper disk by at least 4 or 5 to 1. I have a Bosch sander and I not only does the cubitron outlast the paper disks but I also see far less gummy up or build-up. I have used 80, 120, 180, and 220 grits and they are all great. I will never go back to the old paper sanding disk again. Also less time in sanding to get to the same level in finish. If anything you really need to let the your sander to the work and make sure your orbital spins or you're applying too much pressure. You do this and your sanding will become enjoyable. I am amazed on how long the cubitron last, so worth the extra money. ... show more

This paper cuts fast!!!!! And it lasts alot longer!!!!! And it costs alot, but it'll be my standard paper because I value my time. I actually find that 120 cuts like 80 in regular paper and leaves a 120 surface.

    • It's not about the price.
OK I have used a lot of DA paper. My old favorite was 216u. Cubitron has double the life maybe more. We all want to save money, and I'm not sure cubitron really saves that. But follow me here, I don't care. When doing nasty overhead or vertical work with a respirator on, shoulders hurting, nerves numb, sweating and hating my sailboat, money is not the issue. I want to cut fast and smooth, get done sooner. Sanding sucks so forget the price and knock it out. ... show more

Hook and look held well. Lasted much longer and still sanded well. Also liked the small dust collection holes, didnt snag on a sharp edge and didnt tear.
