Really nice tank, came packaged well and in one piece. I got the model that comes with a lid and leveling mat. The lid sits close to the tank and is a tad bigger by a few mm. Would make a good terrarium lid, I’d probably find a way to elevate it slightly from the tank with some rubber feet if I use it for an aquarium. Some reviews said the mat is a bit thin, and it is, but it seems plenty solid enough to hold the 7 or so gallons of this tank and stand up to small bits of debris underneath. You could always add one, but this one has a low profile to keep the tank looking sleek. I haven’t decided what to do with it yet, so I’ll update if there’s a leak, but in the meantime, seems like a solid kit. *After inspection the tank, I saw what looked like two big scratches on one side. No big deal, that can be the back of the tank. They had that scratched glass feel to them. However, I took a damp paper towel and wiped it down vigorously in the chance it was glue or something, and it was. So if you see something that looks like a scratch, try to buff it off with a damp paper towel or other non-scratch material. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I love it. My plant looks great in this. I wish it was a little bit bigger but other than that. It doesn't leak, it looks great and my plant is loving.It's home.

It’s not perfectly level but only holding 1 gallon I’m not worried. You could put a leveling mat down but that ruins the floating look in my opinion.

This tank came in without damage or broken during shipping. The foam and the bubble wrap around help to protective during shipping. Really nice tank overall but the supporting mat is so thin. Wish it was little more thickness on the pad. But overall the tank and the quality of the glass tank is superior. ... show more

This is my first nano tank and I love it. It was meticulously packed in styrofoam and had no scratches. I filled it and let it sit to check for leaks. None. It is everything expected and I will likely buy another.
