Bought this for Christmas for my son. Once hooking everything up to the Xbox the game would glitch. I contacted the company and they were extremely helpful and gave directions for the correct settings. Everything's working perfect now

I've lusted after the curved screens in the Dept. stores lol for quite a while. I am rebuilding the computers in the household because they have gotten old, slow and oh wait. I forgot I'm talking about the computer and not myself haha. Anyhow. This Monitor is perfect in size, in shape and easy on the eyes compared to it's flatter counterparts. Now I can stare a a curve without getting into trouble with the bride except that now she has fell in love with it and dogged on if she doesn't have 3 total in her crafts room and the one in the bedroom so my wallet is not as excited about this thing as I am. lol ... show more

Update December 2023: This monitor now has a cold Turn-on problem. The monitor will not start up unless first warned up by something like a hair dryer. This is a sign that some of the components such as capacitors are failing. Therefore, I have reduced my rating of this monitor to only one star. Original purchase July 2022: I purchased this monitor for the purpose of checking out a VA LCD, 1800 curved display panel. This is the first time I have used this type of monitor. I am satisfied with the picture quality. This monitor is good for watching movies and for office work. I find that the 27 Inch curved panel is less of a strain on your vision than a flat panel. I am not aware of any distortion due to the curve. This monitor is well suited to general purpose use. The only complaint I have about the monitor I received is that at the time I ordered the monitor, the specification described it featured HDMI and DisplayPort. However, the item I received had HDMI and VGA. If I had seen the VGA specification I probably would NOT have ordered this monitor. I noticed that, as of today, the posted specification does show HDMI / VGA but at a discounted price, which is still a good value. Anyway, I am still happy with just using HDMI since I do not plan to use it for Gaming, which really does need the DisplayPort video for best operation. Update to my Review: The Seller has provided me with a REFUND which will take my payment down to the discounted price. The Seller apologized for my inconvenience. So, 5 stars to the Seller. Another update after 1 year of use: The display started to black out for a few seconds at a time until it blacked out completely. Since I am a technician, I re-started the display by jumping the video input from HDMI over to VGA then back to HDMI. I noted that the power adapter was getting abnormally warm. It appeared not to be supplying enough power to the Cura 27 inch monitor. The Adapter rating looked to be more suited to a 24 inch monitor and NOT this 27 inch monitor. This 27 inch monitor should be supplied with a power adapter of higher quality and higher power rating. This may help to solve the display black-out problem. ... show more

To be honest I thought the price was too good to be true. I was pleasantly surprised with their ultra fast shipping (despite picking the slowest shipping option) and the quality of this monitor. Extremely easy to set up and plug into my MacBook and it worked without any hassle. The screen looks great.
