So far, no problems set up is easy. Follow the instructions for handling. I would cut a piece of cardboard and place it under the monitor face any time you want to move it. Even though there's no instructions for mounting the stand it was easy to figure out. The monitor itself works as good as can be expected for this price point. I just use it for general internet use. To start off It came with DP and HDMI cable, Super easy to set up took me less than 5 minutes It was EXACTLY as described and runs up to 180 FPS which is amazing for my computer. Definitely going to buy another later on for a second monitor!

Had a heart attack when I thought it came with a scratch, turns out it was only in the protective film that came on. Went through good measures to make sure packaged well and monitor works well too. However I can't hear anything from the base speakers

    • One Lasted 10 months, then went bad

I have (2) Crua 24 inch curved monitors (FHD 165hz). Recently one monitor started showing static on boot up. That monitor no longer shows as HDR certified, only allows 120hz maximum refresh rate, and image quality has sharply declined. Other monitor works as it should. I’ll give two stars because one is still working… but ultimately both have to be replaced…. Buyer beware. UPDATE: I contacted Customer Service, and they replied quickly. I was told the monitor only maintains 120hz on an HDMI cable. I will take the hit on this because reading down the description, this fact was eventually stated. The Title on the product is still misleading to me, but the product specs ARE there. My bad for not reading through the entire description. However, the loss of HDR certification, and obvious drop in picture quality after 10 months use still remains. Crua has remained diligent in it's attempt troubleshoot and resolve the issue. I have since replaced both monitors. I commend Crua for there Customer Service, and I have upped my review to 4 stars, because the support is there for their product, and I will once again commend that. ... show more
