This cart is just the right size for a kitchen as small as mine, but its design allows me plenty of room to store bowls and pans that are too hard to reach in the deep recesses of my cupboards. It's very sturdy and attractive. I love the way it looks in my kitchen, the fact that it's easy to roll out into the room if I need to, and the ability to raise or lower the drop leaf panel. The only problem we had was that the directions for assembly aren't the easiest to use, and it took my b-i-l about 3 hours to assemble with my sister's help. He accidentally broke one part of a drawer assembly trying to figure out how to fit it together. I contacted the company, and they were very good about sending me a replacement part and returned my emails promptly. I appreciated the efficient service. They did ask me to send photos of the box labels, so I recommend not recycling your box until you've successfully assembled the piece. If I had more room, I'd buy another one because it's just that useful. The price was quite reasonable for a product this nice. ... show more

    • Don't buy this! Not with it, even at a cheap price.
I have owned this piece of furniture for less than 5 hours and I am already so disappointed. The instructions are difficult to read. They advise you multiple times not to use any tool except those that came with the product and a phillips screwdriver, probably because the hardware is so soft and cheap. Working together, it took my husband and I over 3 hours to assembly - and the top TORE OFF rolling it from the dining room to the kitchen. We weren't lifting it. We weren't running a race. The parts are missing multiple pilot holes and the ones that exist are terrible. It was nearly impossible to get everything tightened by hand. Additionally, the drawers rub, the doors have uneven gaps around them, and overall it looks cheap. I bought this to replace a small kitchen island from IKEA that has been kicking for nearly 20 years. It was a 1/4 of the price, and it's looked better and held together longer than this has already. I don't even know that to do. I suppose I'll contact the manufacturer to see what they say, but there's no way that I'm taking this all apart to send it back. I'm utterly disgusting, and my expectations for $300 weren't very high to begin with. Don't be fooled by the cute mint color. I have no doubt that this will be in the dumpster within 6 months. ... show more

I didn’t see any reviews when I bought this so I was a bit concerned. But I am pleased to say this was a great purchase for a great price. Assembly probably took me about 3-4 hours alone, but I was able to do it myself. While the instructions say you do not need any power tools, I did end up using a drill for some of the screws which were challenging to do with the screwdriver. There are about 10 or so latches that are used to secure the piece that were very difficult for me to latch, a few I had to have a strong man assist with. The drop leaf is NOT butcher block, however it is a nice quality wood. I LOVE the mint green color. It was a bit lighter than the photos on Amazon, which I preferred. The drop leaf flips out and there are two removable wood pieces that secure in place to hold it up. However, it is in no way strong enough to have anyone lean on it. I was hoping to add some stools to allow us to eat on it, but it does not seem sturdy enough for that. Nevertheless, I’m very happy with it. I needed extra counter and storage space. Love the new rolling kitchen island. Got this for more food prep space in our tiny kitchen. The added table top leaf helps greatly! It was a but of a pain to put together but we did figure it out. And the only think I see being a possible issue is the wooden pulls that hold the extra table top leaf up. They are a little tight and hard to pull out far enough and to push back in when done. But other than that it works well for us and I absolutely love the color and extra storage space it provides us! ... show more

Listen, I get it, I ordered Amazon furniture. I still think for as much as this costs it could have been much better. Everything is just built to be waste. The left cabinet door never fit right. Now this thing is coming apart at every seam. Of course there’s something in the warranty about “user error” since you have to build it yourself. So I won’t even try to get my money back but I will warn others! Don’t do it. ... show more

    • Poor quality and poor customer service.
This was perfect for my space in my small kitchen. The assembly for one of the drawers was about 1/16 off, but we managed to fix it. The third time I used the drop leaf, the entire top broke off, with just my hand leaning on it. Very disappointed with this product and the Crosley furniture company, who said there was nothing they could do about it. Will not purchase Crosley furniture again. ... show more
