This is a really convenient little lunch warmer if you like bringing your own meals. The 20 ounce size is perfect for a personal portion like soup, pasta, leftovers, or oatmeal. It is small enough to carry easily but still holds a satisfying amount of food. I love the blush pink color because it is cute and different from a typical lunch container. I learned of this warmer 3 years ago and kick myself for not jumping on it then. If you're a teacher, then you know a 30 to 40 minute lunch is really 15 minutes at best after taking students to the cafeteria, waiting to use a spattered microwave that might take forever to heat, or waiting for an overpriced, delayed Door Dash delivery to arrive with your lunch. After waiting for the microwave to heat a Lean Cuisine meal, I observed a coworker walk in the teacher's lounge, sit down, open her warmer, and begin eating a hot lunch without hesitation. After watching this scenario daily, for a year,... (yeah.... I didn't want to purchase another cute gadget to add to my Goodwill donation box)...or waiting for another expensive, delayed lunch delivery, I finally caved in and purchased this warmer. OMMMGGG! My entire lunch situation changed for the better! First, it paid for itself when I consider the cost of 2-3 delivered lunches a week. A Door Dash lunch is no longer required. Pros: No more waiting in line for the microwave. No more waiting for a microwave to heat my lunch. I don't have to leave my room if I want a peaceful & quiet lunch alone. I eat healthier lunches. Did I mention a hot lunch?! Perfect for heating leftovers from home or from last night's take out. My lunch is never dry or over cooked. If I want a frozen meal (Lean Cuisine), I heat it in the microwave at home for 1 minute to soften and ease of placing in the warmer. Once at school, I plug in the warmer and heat without disturbing for 2 1/2 hours. Perfect temp, not dry, or burned. The inner vessel is easy to clean after use. I take it home everyday and leave the base at school. I even prepare oatmeal at home: 1/2 c oats, 1/2 c water, 1/2 c milk, dash of salt, cinnamon, brown sugar, vanilla, 1 t. butter and some raisons. Place ingredients in liner, take to work, plug in for 2 1/2 hours, stir and enjoy hot, smooth oatmeal for lunch. Cons: It's a mini crockpot warmer, so yes, patience is required for warm/hot food. Some people commented their food was warm in 1 hour. I can't say that. My schedule works for a 9:30am plug in and 11:55am hot meal to enjoy with no food odors in the room. Honestly, every school district should purchase this warmer as a welcome gift for their new teachers. They'll thank you later.

**UPDATE** its December of 2025 and this still works great!! I use it multiple times a week and it works just as well as when I first bought it! Great for frozen soups/meals. I purchased "Silipint: Silicone 20oz Lidded Bowls: 2 Pack: Deep Pool & Moonstone - Unbreakable, Flexible, Microwave-Oven-Dishwasher" (a little pricy but fully worth it, I bought three sets for meal prep) I fill the bowls with soup, my meal preps or leftovers and then freeze. Once they are frozen I transfer the food to labeled freezer bags. After that it is a "grab and Go" situation, the food slides right into the warmer bowl. I mean it is a perfect fit! I plug the warmer in at my desk and by time I take my lunch my meal is super hot. I upgraded the review to a five star because after so long this thing is still wonderful and the paint issue isn't that serious. I leave the crock pot in my desk and I put the cord inside of it so the "cord issue" is no longer an issue. The insert is the only thing that travels with me to and from work. When it finally stops working I will not hesitate to buy another. So far this thing does exactly what it supposed to. It does a great job in reheating food. If I have bone in chicken and mashed potatoes, it usually takes about 45 minutes to an hour for the food to get hot hot. So this is my second mini crockpot I had one years ago, and there are things I prefer on the new one and then other things I prefer on the old one. I love that the lid on the new one screws on Now. I don’t have to worry about food spilling out of the bowl. The cord on the new crockpot is detachable now, not an improvement I’m my opinion. I suppose it’s for ease of storage or maybe so it’ll wrap nicer but for the life of me I cannot get the cord to stay wrapped up. It’s like the cord is just a hair too long so the plugs don’t stay in their designated spots. They are forever popping out. That is pretty frustrating. I’m usually carrying a handful of things from my car to office every morning and having to put it all down to pick up the cord that fell off the bottom of my food warmer halfway through a fleet yard is not joy. I think I’m gonna try Velcro. See if I can’t find a way to make it stay. I love the color of mine. I got the green one, but the paint on the small gray rim that the lid screws into it’s already wearing off and I’ve only had this for about a month now. I don’t really wash the base of the mini crockpot but I spot clean it. The paint hasn’t rubbed off from excessive wear and tear or too much of anything like that. It’s just doesn’t stick that well I guess. This item lost a star because of the paint and the cord issue. It works great and does what it supposed to do and it’s not giant like the other food warmers I’ve seen. overall happy with my purchase..

This is perfect! I really love it. It cooks my soup, warms up my leftovers and makes lunchtime so much easier. As a teacher, I really don't get much of a lunch break so this is great. I can put my food in it in the morning and by lunchtime it's all cooked or warmed up. It has really helped me. I will say it does take a while to warm things up - you can't put your food in and expect it to get done fast. But that is how crock pots work - they take time. It is easy to use - just put the food in, cover it and plug it in. It is a good size - it holds a whole can of soup or a good amount of leftovers. I am only disappointed in that it doesn't actually cook things well. It warms things up - but I tried cooking a sweet potato in it and even hours later, it was not cooked. In a regular crock pot the potato would have been cooked. So it seems this is more for warming up than actually cooking. But as someone who wants to stay away from the microwave, this is terrific.

This little crockpot was super handy for heating lunches at work. I often used it to heat a can of Campbell’s Chunky soups. It heated the food to a proper serving temperature in a reasonable time and held it there until I was ready to eat. Cleanup is super easy with the removable aluminum insert and the screw-on lid.

Perfect little mini crockpot to take to the office, on the go or for a quick single serve meal. I love this little crock pot, it’s a cute little pot, great quality, easy to transport, love the little handle and its small size making it easy to carry and plug in at your office, in a lunchroom, or even at the ski lodge. This portable crockpot is perfect for soups, casseroles, and hot drinks. It has so many uses, this little pot is very easy to plug in and use and has many functional uses. I will take it to work and I will take it to the ski lodge. I am thinking of buying a few more for the rest of the family. I love this quick single serve option to keep food hot. It has nice storage to keep the cord wrapped around the bottom of the pot. The cord isn’t super long, so depending on where you need to plug it in you may need an extension cord. The inner lid seals very well and is fully leak proof. This pot was one of my favorite Christmas gifts to get, and it was a great price as we got it on sale during the holidays.

Really amazing. I’m able to take the inner part home from the office and back and leave the warming part at the office. Warms food that is cold to very warm in about 2hr so you do have to plan for a bit. I took it on the road with me it draws around 50watts of power so I can use my 110 plug in my car or the Jackery power box.
