The hair has no smell and nicely made. Ordered 2 boxes 14 inch but used 1 box and half. I liked the crochet hair for the most part but came in the nice box folded which meant I had to dip the hair in hot water to see if the folds come out which they did. Larger box would have eliminated this step.

When I received this hair it came in a cute little box. Once I took it to my beautician to install the crochets she wasn't able to get the bend out of them causing them to stick out everywhere. I contacted the company per the card information provided to reach out if the hair was satisfactory. It has been 5 days and still no response from them. My braids is still sticking out and I have to tie them down every night alone with using mouse periodically to help. I would not recommend and the seller needs to remove their card because they do not respond to customer concerns and emails.
