This kit gives you everything you need to get started with your new machine. It does not come with a large quantity of vinyl, but enough to do at least a few smaller projects and get your footing. I bought this the day I ordered my Cricut Maker and I'm so glad I did as my Maker only came with a standard and light grip mat. Cricut brand tools are very high quality.
