Works great! Took us a while to adjust settings to our needs, but once we did, we've been rocking! Definitely recommend the use of actual teflon sheets for iron on transfers from inkjet or laser printer. Much much better quality end product! We've only used for tee shirts so far, but we definitely see mugs in our future!! Highly recommend. . . But be mindful to shut it off and let it cool after 40-45 minutes of use each session or the temp doesn't hold completely. ... show more

So after using the machine for a while I decided to write a review. I am a little disappointed with the product because of temperature issues. It will not hold temperature at all. A huge fluctuation which cause issues in my projects. So I don’t recommend this product

    • Just got our heat press --- love it!
We got our heat press a day early, but were missing some of the items we wanted to work with not related to having the press. So we had to wait until the next day to play with it. So far, I have used it for pressing iron on vinyl that was Cricut cut, and one Infusible Ink item. It was great. Both items took different temperatures. The instructions with the press said to only press for 30 seconds for the vinyl, but after we did our warm peel, there were a couple of edges that still needed a few more seconds of heat. It was simple as twisting the press back around and holding it on for a few more seconds. It did great! The Infusible Ink was good. We used parchment paper to keep everything from bleeding through. The paper DID stick to the heat press, but was easy to pull off. The Ink probably should have ran for 20 more seconds, so we again just swung the arm back around and pressed it again. I'm not sure if the heat was a little low and we didn't know, or it was a case of us never having used a full heat press. The cooling off process took a little longer than I expected, but the heating up was pretty quick, reaching 400 in under 5 minutes. The footprint of the whole machine was great, It fits on the work bench with no problems, though the power cord is on teh shorter side. ... show more

Overall I'm happy with this product BUT, it doesn't have safety handles and the mug function is for small coffee cups. I was able to use it outside the the contraption using oven mitts but I would not suggest this because it's not safe. I had already purchased the mugs and had no choice. It also doesn't feel very sturdy but for the cost it is fine. ... show more
