For the most part this heat press has been great for my use. The temperature is slightly off from what you actually set it to, and not entirely even across the entire plate. Had to go to online to get instructions from another source, because the pictures were not clear on the led displays (ie: book trying to show a 2 and in the pic looks like an 8). Did post video site, but Amazon would not allow that. UPDATE: have used shirt/iron and mug maker features--great. Again: had to go online, play with the machine, ruin a couple of items.     • It’s a good heat press for the price.
Has a bit of a smell when on but it fades a little with use. It also is a bit too heavy so if you don’t have a place to mount it you need to take your time and slowing swing the to when working with it so you don’t tip it over.

Opened up box and found that the larger cup presses arrived with chipped paint / scratches on it. For not having used the product yet....a final determination of its quality is not available at this time.

    • Disappointed
My husband bought this for me for Christmas and I was so excited to use it. The instructions are dismal and lacking any substantially important information. I’ve used it probably 15-20 times in the last 6 months because I got sick so I haven’t used it as much as I planned and the performance just keeps getting worse. I bought a temperature gun and it runs about 40 degrees higher than the display which explains my scorched shirts. I’ve wasted so much time and money using this machine. I can’t seem to get the pressure to be consistent and my images are lighter on the left than the rest of the shirt. We’ve adjusted the springs multiple times and it just doesn’t seem to help. I want to make gifts for friends and family and I don’t feel the quality of the image is good enough after it’s pressed to be given away which Is so frustrating. I haven’t used any of the attachments because I doubt they will perform well either and I’ll just be wasting money and being disappointed. Hopefully mines just a dud and if you buy one you’ll have better luck. ... show more

    • Machine tips too easy.
The base needs to be wider. When you swivel the top press over to the side, the whole machine tips.

    • It keeps cutting off
I bought this machine just a few months ago. Haven’t used it much because it started cutting off while heating up. It constantly shuts off. I don’t know how to contact customer service. Anyone help?
