    • no 1/2 driver bits, you get a lot more bit sizes in 3/8 and 1/4 drivers
Excellent quality and choice of sizes. Most of the time you'll use 1/4 and 3/8 drivers. I had a CRESCENT set in the past with 144 pieces, some of which were 1/2 driver and I found i never used those so wasted space. This set really maximizes the utility by only having 3/8 and 1/4 driver and 180 pcs so you get a lot more sizes and ability to do all sorts of repairs. Case is very good, despite what other people say. It's just as good as any other case. Important, when you get the set, the sliding opening tabs at top and bottom will be locked with plastic pins. You won't be able to slide those red locks off until you remove and discard those black locking pins, they are for presale shipping only. Once you remove those black locking pins, you will be able to open your case just fine. I saw reviews where people complained they couldn't open the case, well don't be one of them! Highly portable, great for going to junk yards to pull parts. Has needle nose pliers and dikes. The only tool i wish it had is channel locks but i can bring those separately. Great combo wrench selection. Just excellent tool collection, well organized and priced! Can't go wrong with this. ... show more

I did have a lot of trouble with opening the tool set itself if anyone else is having a problem there is that black pin on both the top and bottom of the case you are supposed to pull it out, I recommend pliers. Other than that I have been using the tool set pretty often and I am glad to say that it is a great set for someone that is just starting to get their own tools ... show more

Great 5 star set considering price. It's not a snap on set by any means, but it a set that gets the job done when used occasionally. Alot of tools for the price the screwdrivers are nice as you don't have to ad a bit that is hard to get out of the rubber holder and then falls out of the driver.

Very low quality case doesn’t keep tools from falling out of place it was a mess when it came in. Feels very cheap.

    • Very nice tools and variety, but case is poorly designed for holding the tools in place.
I ended up with numerous sets. All but one have kind of a crappy design for holding this tools in place. Oddly, one of them came with a really nice case that holds the tools perfectly, but has the exact same tools. Any moderate movement around and you’re going to have to do some work getting them back where they’re supposed to be when you open the case. It’s a really handy set and has enough variety that you can tackle most projects with what’s in this one case. ... show more

Adequate for most small home maintenance projects. Currently have 3 sets, purchased on sale over the years; the storage case to hold tools in place has been the only major issue.
