    • Garage door repair
My garage door was banged up. I backed into it (high, with lumber in the truck). My wife backed into it low. A lot of hammer blows got it moving. A new top reinforcement beam smoothed it out a bit. This was perfect to pry the garage door structure into place and smooth the door skin. I doesn’t quite look perfect but the door moves VERY smoothly now. We've all been there, trying to use our favorite crowbar for demolition. Mine was a hand-me-down from my grandfather. But sometimes you just can't get the right angle, so you reach for wedges and other tools to gain leverage. After cracking your knuckles in tight spaces, you might get the job done - if you're lucky - without mangling your hands or the workpiece. Well... this tool fixes all that. I was skeptical about the pivoting head - it looked like a gimmick - but the functionality, utility, and grip were excellent. You’re never stuck at the wrong angle. The build quality was spot on, which is rare these days with so many tools made in China. After so many failed Crescent tools lining my junk toolbox, I had nearly given up on the brand. This thing is great! The adjustability is great allowing it to be used for many different tasks. It’s small enough to be easy to keep with you when needed but still gives plenty of leverage.
