I have very arthritic hands and the case opens easily and the accordian slots open up nicely so I can easy choose which card I want to use. I love these for my credit card, but I will say that the plastic inserts that hold the credit cards crack, not lasting very long. Using better material to make them last longer would give them a five star. They do have fun colors on the outside and they are handy to find. I am loving this little wallet. RFID blocker does indeed work. I tried to scan my debit card while it was in the wallet and no go. It is doubly nice because my cards are not pressed against each other inside, so their surfaces will not wear out as fast.
