The little one I gifted this to loved this. He spent hours pouring and dumping and playing with the rocks and other items inside. I will note that the rocks will get everywhere. Would be best if you have a set play table or just use outside.

I bought this for my oldest, who loves cars and sand. Seemed like a great way for him to explore and have fun. It is a hit, but is also a strictly outdoor toy. My kid was more interested in throwing the sand and gravel than anything else. Now, my oldest is 3 and it’s entirely likely that if my kid was older, the play would be more in line with the intention of the bin. Yes, my kid got to enjoy the sensory element of the sand and the rocks, but the rest of it was ignored. Except for the cars, which were taken inside to play with.
