Sending it back. :( Really sad bc we wanted to love it. It just isn't sturdy. The handles are flimsy and it hasn't broken Yet, but it's clearly a matter of time. We used it once and maneuvering it was not ideal, to say the least. Kids seemed comfortable, but it isn't for our family.

I like the sturdiness, so far... The bottom pad for the wagon could be a bit stronger, as well as the stroller handle, I hope they hold up, I've only had it about a week or two, but it definitely does it's job. I put two bigger children in it, and still very moveable, I'm very happy with my purchase, it's a life saver, especially for parents with children who have special needs.     • Cute but not functional
We really wanted to like this wagon but it's not made well at all. The joint at the handle broke upon adjustment after only a couple uses. There is no support in the bottom and the body does not lock. I would send this back if we hadn't used it more then once. I'm incredibly disappointed

I did not buy this wagon. I'm very attactched to my double decker wagon, but it is lacking a push handle, canopy and seatbelts. It folds similar to this one (I've never seen another one like this!) So I messaged the company to ask if I can order just the push handle that collapses in the middle. I received 2 messages from 2 different people within hours of my inquiry along with a phone number for customer service. I called and was greeted kindly by an American in California (matters to me that I can understand what they're saying and that it's in American). Within minutes I had my handle ordered and received a confirmation email. I will update when I receive the handle as to the quality and if it works with my wagon. I just wanted to give a shout out to the customer service team! If you have any problems with your wagon, I have no doubt they would take good care of you quickly. If I could afford this particular wagon, I might go for it, it looks to be worth the money and I love the way it folds so small! ... show more
