Excellent
Size: 4500 Games & 32" Screen
Got this a few years ago and kept meaning to leave a review. I was showing it off to some friends and it reminded me to write this. From the beginning before buying it the seller was very responsive. After looking at the game list there were a few games that were missing that I wanted. The seller added on the ROMs for the few extra games I wanted. On delivery the folks who delivered it were obviously associated with the company/seller. They set it up in my basement where I wanted it, fired it up to make sure it worked, and explained everything. Some of the buttons to switch games are a bit weird, but I just need to remember to get my label maker out one of these days to label them. Not an issue. A few days later I noticed the screen had a dead pixel and I contacted the seller soon after I got it. The screens were on back order, but eventually I got a new screen shipped to me. I think the seller said they would even send someone out to help replace it iirc. However, it was an easy switch. Overall I’d recommend getting this if you want a super cool addition to a game room or wherever. Buy with confidence. The seller/company is a stand up organization.

I love this machine, but if it stops working, you're SOL
Size: 4500 Games & 32" Screen
I bought mine in 2022. It has been an awesome addition to my mancave. It worked flawlessly up until two weeks ago when the screen stopped working. Everything else works fine. Trackballs light up, and the sound works fine. I can see subtle changes in the level of darkness of the screen, and when I raise the screen and look at the backside, I can see lots of little lights on, but the front screen is totally off. The only reason I give 3 stars is--the warranty is good for 3 years and it stopped working right after that, and I have yet to find anyone who will even try to fix the problem. No one even wants to take a look.

Very High Quality
Size: 4500 Games & 32" Screen
After I received my 4500 game unit, I was happy to learn how easy it was to be playing. This machine is very high quality and the joysticks are awesome. The cabinet is well built and the coin slot is a great feature. I use it for my own entertainment so I use the free play button to credit the machine. Awesome!! It comes with heavy duty levelers with sturdy rubber feet just in case your floor isn't quite level. > Brian and his team are 100% professional and courteous. The shipment had an issue along the way but I was kept in the loop the entire time. Sally called often enough to make sure I was informed and they provided me with a solution to make up for the shipping snafu. I am happy to write a glowing review of both the product and Creative Arcade. The delivery was well executed and professional as well. I strongly recommend purchasing one of these machines from C A if you’re interested. I have no regrets. Thanks again Brian, Sally and crew!

Worth every penny
Size: 4500 Games & 32" Screen
So just a disclaimer that I did not purchase from Amazon as the item was no longer available but I did rely on the the reviews here to make my decision. I asked lots of questions as the purchase was going to be based on faith. I was not going to be able to see, touch, or experience this machine in person yet I was going to drop several thousand dollars. I contacted the company directly and their response time was immediate, informative and sincere. He answered all of my questions/concerns even the most minor inquiries. Still nothing proven till I actually get the machine right. Well they shipped this machine to the middle of the Pacific, well packed, secure, and at the right price. It worked flawlessly right out of the box. Very well made and better play than the original games. I absolutely love this machine but the biggest surprise was my two girls also loved the games on this machine. It just arrived but we've already had hours of fun on it. And it has everything--tons of games, great tilt screen, awesome controls including large color changing track ball, LED lighting, and a real professional feel. Not cheap but so worth it! Update 12/12/20: So I've had this machine now for a couple of months and have to say that I love it even more. Not the kind of system that you play for a couple of weeks and grow bored of it. Continue to discover additional games and master some new favorites. The quality of the machine is true "commercial quality" and that is throughout the entire build. I haven't found anywhere where they seemed to have cut corners or disappointed with the features. Again not cheap but a great gift to myself!

I am interested in this machine but was wondering if i can get the 10inch riser with it and kinda curious on the games? Are they repeats of the originals but still the same game. No need to pay for repeats if the only thing that changes is the name

ONE WORD.... AWESOME!
Size: 4500 Games & 32" Screen
There is nothing I can say about this that hasn't already said. Everything about this is awesome. The look. The build. The cabinet. The games. The options. The support. Everything. Get one now. I do not work for them and I don't get anything for saying this.
