The feel is very nice, like linen, launder well (cold water wash, light/low heat dry, remove immediately from dryer, wrinkle-free). I made some modifications with sewing and converting them to pleater draperies with weights for a custom look for my wide and tall living room window. They are wonderful at the fraction of the cost for custom-made draperies. When closed, these curtains afford one the desired privacy; open gives an airy spacious look to the room.

The linen color felt a bit softer than the natural but didn’t look right with gray walls. These are exactly what I wanted. They are a good weight and allow the right amount of light in. They look great after steaming. These are way better than the ones I got from target and cost a third as much.

Great curtains for the price, with caveats. First off, the fabric texture feels nice and doesn't look cheap. It actually looks GOOD and I was going to spend three times the amount of money on curtains that looked pretty much the same so I am glad I didn't. I use this set elsewhere (see below), but I am also going to replace the ones in my living room (which DO look cheap) with these. Also, these are a lot less drapey than the photo shows. I'm okay with this, personally. I live in a really old house that lacks much in the way of closet space and I'm using these on a tension curtain rod to cordon off a corner in one room where I can store some plastic bins. They don't hit the floor, but even if they did you would not get the kind of drape you see in the photos with this fabric. These won't block light or anything else. You can see right through them if there's light behind them - second photo is a window about three feet behind the curtain. And you should not rely on them for any intensive heat retention or other temperature control. However, I also use these as my backdrop when I do online tutoring, and while they are sheer, you can't see the plastic bins behind me when I am on video, so it's fine.

I purchased 3 sets of the 52"x90" curtains because my new house has very little storage but it does have a couple of "nooks" that I'm utilizing as storage areas and I don't want to see my "stuff"! The curtains are very well made and I LOVE the option to hang them 3 different ways! I chose to use the tab-back to give them a nice, pleated look. They are true to size and light-to-medium weight. I wasn't concerned with privacy/light blocking as that's not their purpose. The "light grey" curtains were a bit darker than the photos showed, but they're still very nice! For under $100, I have very nice looking storage areas that would have otherwise cost me over $100 a month if I were to rent a storage unit! I highly recommend!
