I ordered these boots on August 4, they arrived on August 19. They look as pictured the leather is soft some furry felt on the inside. Very nice sole on the bottom it's slip proof. The heel is 3 inches high although, they list it as 7cm which is about 2.76 inches. I ordered the size 6 (37) that's my true U.S size and they do fit with just a tad bit of room. Did not wear them yet just tried them on walked in them, they do seem comfortable I would order again. ... show more
