We were m issing the hook for the pendulum, so I tied a string. Paint would not come out of the pendulum at all, even when we watered it down. Even when it's spun, it catches on the plastic below it and slows it down. Really not a great product. I wish we would have just got a spinner, but I thought this would be more interactive.
