These little lures are great for pan fishing. I actually caught an a Oscar cichlid with it and a Mayan cichlid. You will have to use very fine line if you want to cast out far, as it is light and the jig head hooks are light too. It is definitely not built for larger fish,bI tried it out on a bedding peacock bass and it straightened out the hook 😁. It works, so I can recommend it. ... show more

I live in Wisconsin and found that the fish doesn't like this bait. I really thought based on the reviews and info I had on this bait that it would be effective for the type of panfish I normally fish for. Not impressed

Used these on a recent ice fishing trip for yellow perch. They tore it up! Plastic is flexible and seems to be very durable. Caught 20+ big perch on one plastic body with no obvious damage.
