  • Best Bang for your buck caulking gun
Absolutely love this tool I can't believe how well it functions. Variable speed is the best function, fantastic price compared to other brands. 6 tubes of caulking and battery still good. Best of all my hands don't hurt from squeezing.

  • CRAFTSMAN V20 Caulk Gun
The CRAFTSMAN V20 Caulk Gun delivers a great, consistent flow that makes any caulking job feel easier and more controlled. I didn’t realize how much a power caulk gun would improve my projects until I used this one—now I wouldn’t want to be without it. The anti‑drip feature works well, and the variable speed gives you precise control. Overall, a fantastic tool that makes caulking quicker, cleaner, and way less tiring. ... show more

  • Easy to use Caulk Gun
Pro - Nice Caulk gun. It makes caulking fun and easy. The old caulk guns tired out my hands on trying to get the caulk out. Less waste. Common battery as other Craftsman tools Con - It's big. Hard to get into tight spaces, but it the same as old ones

  • This works great.
This works awesome. A total lifesaver for a huge project. The variable speed is nice but I only used it on the slowest setting as that was just right for my project. You hold down the trigger and run the gun. That's it. It would be overkill for a small project but if you've got miles of caulk to lay, buy this thing. You won't regret it. It doesn't use much battery either. I did garage door window project with 24 large windows and used the same battery for all of them over multiple days. Also was able to buy (amazon) a battery adapter that allowed me to use my Black and Decker 20v batteries. Gotta love Amazon! ... show more

  • Master Electrician Approved – A Fantastic, Reliable Tool
As a master electrician, I depend on tools that are efficient, reliable, and built for real jobsite demands. The CRAFTSMAN V20 Cordless Caulk Gun (CMCE600B) checks all the boxes—it’s a fantastic product that delivers professional results without the hassle. The variable speed trigger gives me full control over the flow, which is essential when sealing electrical boxes, conduit runs, or weatherproofing panels. The anti-drip feature works exactly as advertised—no mess, no waste, and no cleanup headaches. That alone puts it ahead of most manual guns I’ve used over the years. The cordless design is a major plus. Not having to wrestle with cords means I can work more efficiently, especially on ladders or in tight spaces. The tool is well-balanced, comfortable to hold, and compatible with my existing V20 battery platform. This caulk gun handles all types of sealants and adhesives with ease, even the thicker stuff. For any tradesperson—especially electricians doing service work, installs, or weatherproofing—this is a smart addition to your toolbox. Highly recommended. CRAFTSMAN nailed it with this one. ... show more

  • I like it, I think
I had a very non-traditional purpose for this thing, namely, entombing bees that decided to get up in my siding. It worked, sayonara bees. As far as how it operates, it's dead simple. I didn't have to read the manual. The one annoyance is the caulk tubes roll around, at least the DAP Dynaflex 230 tubes do. I admit I'm not a pro, but I was hoping the tube wouldn't roll around like it does after it's under the plunger pressure. I'm going to get all Sanford on it and wrap a piece of duct tape next time. I agree with other people that most don't need this tool. Quite frankly, I didn't, but it's pretty cool to use. Who knows, maybe I'll have a big project someday. I had to buy a B&D 20v battery adapter to use this thing, since I'm not in the Craftsman ecosystem. I mostly have Ryobi 18v. Even with the adapter, this was the cheapest cordless caulking gun I could find. I'm done buying no-name tools with batteries and chargers, and like I said, I did have some B&D 20v batteries lying around. ... show more

  • $50? I shoulda bought one sooner!
Works great, I wouldn't pull it out for most jobs but I broke a hand pump caulking gun while replacing a windshield (polyurethane is extremely thick) this did the job with no issue. I run it with a DeWalt battery adapter ($15), you can't beat that price to preformance especially compared to the cost of DeWalt and Milwaukee. Also this is truly the only gun I've used that has no drip The only silly thing is the speed dial ramps up fast, there is a HUGE difference between 1.5 and 2 but that also might just be the nature of what I run through it (polyurethane and fire block) ... show more
