    • Good enough for simple jobs
There is extra space between the grooves that will give some cut inaccuracy and the blade it comes with very cheap but the aid it gives to a straight cut is sufficient enough for a simple cut, good enough for some house work but would not recommend for professional jobs.

Seems more like a toy than a tool. It's essentially a disposable mieter box. But if you only have one small project to do then this will get the job done at a reasonable price. No need to buy a high end tool if you're only going to use it once.

    • Cuts 45 degree angles perfectly
I used this at work because I make trays to hold artifacts. I have been cutting a foam product, and needing to make 45 degree cuts, so they match perfectly together. This has saved me so much time! I believe this will be my favorite tool this year. I can use it to make many different cuts perfectly.

    • Easy to use for small projects, got the job done, but doesn't feel like it will last.
Used this to cut down some dowels for a project and it worked beautifully. I clamped the box down to a table, as recommended on the packaging, and the black pegs included did help keep my wood in place so my cuts were accurate. Clamping it down seemed vital to making sure the box doesn't move and helped give leverage when the saw got stuck in the wood a couple times. I knock off one star because I definitely sawed a good amount of the plastic of the box along with the wood and it just doesn't seem like it will hold up for lots of projects. The concept is great, and it was a great price for what I needed it to do - especially compared to buying a whole miter saw! I will continue to use it until I inevitably saw it in half.
