Great screw driver! I've built shelves and bookcases, hung pictures and all sorts of stuff! I've not even had to charge it yet, it holds charge great, provides the perfect amount of torque for putting together furniture. After about two weeks the reverse switch would not engage. Tried to return to Amazon, and was told to contact Craftsman. They told me to contact Amazon. Had to throw it away
