Item arrived defective; would bend when there was too much being cooked on it. Customer service sent out a new one within days. All is well in the world now.

    • Weber, What Took You So Long?
Style: Rotisserie Skewers
Review Image by GTP

Update: 6/22/22: The 2nd time I attempted to use the Weber Crafted Rotisserie Skewer set, one of the nuts that’s welded to the bracket and used to fasten the bracket onto the rotisserie spit broke off while tightening it. As i had only purchased the set 6 weeks prior, I called Weber as it should still be under warranty. Weber asked for a Picture of the affected part and a copy of the Amazon invoice and promptly replaced my broken set with a new one. I’ve used the new one twice this past weekend and it performed as expected. Thank you, Weber, for standing behind your products! Between manufacturing absolutely top notch grills and top notch customer sercvice, it’s clear why Weber is #1! I had been looking for a Weber-branded ROTISSERIE kebab set for years for my 2008 Weber Genesis “sidewinder” but, after years of searching, I “settled” for the Napoleon rotisserie skewer set, 5 years ago (a decent set, BTW). When I saw the Weber “Crafted” Rotisserie Skewer Set, I decided to give it a try and, I must say, it’s a terrific set. We really like kebabs and now they’re more fun to make! Weber, what took you so long to make a rotisserie skewer set available in the U.S., again? ... show more

    • Easy to use
Style: Roasting Basket
It gives you a large surface to use and because it sits directly over the burner it works exceptionally well.

    • Beautiful seat marks
Style: Sear Grate
Sears incredibly well. The only con is the diamond grating makes cleaning just a little harder.

If pizza is your goal, forget it. Basically there's no way to use this and get a good pizza. Dutifully preheated and slid my pizza on, after a few minutes I checked it and the top had no hint of browning. A few minutes later it was burnt on the bottom. Basically you don't have enough heat in the oven because it all escapes when you open the lid to put in the pizza. There isn't time to get the temp up before the bottom burns. There is probably a sweet spot on low heat but at that point you're no longer in pizza oven range and your be better off in your kitchen oven where you have more control over the ambient temperature. The compromises required to get this to work at al if possible, I'm not willing to bother with because I know what the ideal conditions are for great pizza and that isn't going to be possible here compared to my conventional oven, so this was an expensive waste of time. It might work for you if cooking on the grill is more information important than the pizza, but if you have access to a conventional oven, just buy a pizza steel and you'll make better pizza than this. ... show more

    • Buyer Beware --- no Quality Control
Style: Rotisserie Skewers
Review Image by Hatcheck27

Received my weber unit today already had meat and veggies marinating but when I went to put it on my spit, it seems the locking nut that holds down the side plate to the spit rod had been poorly welded and as I began to tighten the nut it just fell apart, pretty hard to cook skewers when I can't hold the unit on the spit rod. Very disappointed with weber as this unit was substantially higher than other Chinese built models. I always thought Weber products were made in Palantine, Illinois but this garbage was made in China. I am going to try to weld it back on tomorrow if not it will go in the garbage where it belongs just another 80.00 lesson. I will certainly be looking to change brands as Weber no longer makes quality products it would appear. I have included a picture of the good side and the broken side...Buyer beware. ... show more

    • It broke on the second usage at 450ºF
Style: Baking Stone
Review Image by Me
It was working kind of fine at 400ºF. But, the moment I tried to push it to 450, it started to break, and it completely broke after the second try at 450º. I called customer service and they said they will replace it. But, after this usage, I rather buy something else.

    • Not Good for Smash Burgers
Style: Flat Top
I was very hopeful with this product and have been waiting a while to get it. Finally got it, seasoned it, but was very disappointed with its actual performance. While this is probably good for items that require around 300 degrees F, this can't keep heat for smash burgers, which require around 450-500 degrees F without modifying your grill. ... show more
