Was looking at 5.11 pants and saw these were similar but cheaper and decided to take chance on them. Good quality with some minor nags. I have 5 or 6 pairs of 5.11 pants amd these are definitely a thicker material. I've only worn these 3 times but they seem morr durable. That being said, they are much less breathable. I can wear my 5.11's in my workshop (with poor ventilation) during the summer and not feel hot or sweaty. These pants, by comparison, make my legs feel hot and sweaty within half an hour of being in the shop. Though, if the trade-off is more durability and lower price, that could be a worthwhile trade-off for some. The material is also quite not as flexible as 5.11. I can squat in 5.11 without feeling like the seams will stretch, but these pants I feel more tension when I squat or bend. Pockets are plentiful and there are small, metal tabs to hand things on, which is nice, however the mouth of the main hip pockets are too small. I have pretty small hands compared to most guys and it's still pretty tight for me. Anyone with a large screen phone might need to store it in the cargo knee pockets. Overall pleased with the quality at the price. If 5.11 is a bit to spendy to you I would highly recommend these as a second choice.

I ordered a size up from what I would normally get because alot of other reviews seemed to suggest that these run small. They were actually a little too big, but nothing that wearing a belt won't fix. I typcially toggle between a Size 40 x 32 or 40 x 30. I ended up buying a 42 x 32. I'm opting to keep these but will be ordering a 40 x 30 in a month or two. I also tend to go up and down in weight throughout the year, so although these fit larger than what I want now, I'll probably end up fitting these just right come Christmas time lol. In my line of work, I do security, I'll end up wearing these out in less than a year, so it makes sense to have 2 to 3 back-up pants and rotate throughout. These have about 6 pockets, give or take, which suits me well since I tend to have everything from my cell phone, wallet, keys, headphones, and pepper spray on me. Great buy.

I bought these for my husband I have been trying all kinds of pants and its really hot were we live. So I tried these. When he put them on he was so excited because they had pockets but they had extra strength around the knee area and when he kneeled down his pants did no go up so high on his other leg. He even liked them at the end of day after he had worked all day and was impressed they did not stay wet. I will be buying more for him.

I brought this product because I work in outside environments The rainy days are bad because my pant and underwear gets soaking wet. I ordered the pants for that reason. I got the pants delivered on time. The next day I wore it and the morning was raining for hours and kept me dry enough compared to jeans. After the rain stopped I was slightly wet but ok. The sun came out to dry them better. Later I had to empty lavatory from a plane while in the process the connection disconnected and I ran away only to get some on me. Below my knees got wet but I was dry underneath the pants. If I had regular jeans on it would be bad due to the chemicals soaking into my pants. Thank you for coming on time.. not bad for first day wearing it. Looking to buy second pair as backup clothing.

I work in a school office. I cary my phone, large key chain, pocket knife and walkie talkie on me every day. The design of the pockets (especially the spot in the main pockets the allow you to clip in a knife and other clips so they don't get pulled out by brushing up against things is OUTSTANDING. The design is top notch and weight and construction is sturdy. So glad I got these!

Like product a lot with only one minor complaint--dirt magnets: If you as much as brush up against dirt (.,g, crouch to one knee to tie shoe) the dirt almost magnetically seeks the contact point and does not brush away or absorb into fabric. I bought two pairs with both dark colors, perhaps not as noticeable on lighter colors? Anyway, not a stop as overall I'm very pleased.

I bought these based on description and 17,000 reviews. Disappointed. I thought the material had more spandex for stretch but only the waist has stretch. The sizes are way off. I normally wear 40x32. My instinct suggested I order 42x32 which are too tight. I do NOT have a 42 waist. I should have ordered 44x32 but my ego will not allow that 😜. I cannot in good faith recommend these. I will NOT return them because I rarely return clothes. I will donate them to a local shelter for the unhoused.
