I got this comforter for my son's room. He loves it. He likes the room cold but he wants to be warm under lots of blankets. He sleeps with the ac blowing on him all night. This comforter keeps him ni e and warm with fewer blankets. It's warm enough for year round use with maybe another blanket for the cold winter months. We have pets that sleep with my son and i wash his bedding often. I think this comforter is made well enough to stand up to frequent washings. I think the box stitching will keep the insides in place and won't allow the fabric to slide to one area leaving the other areas flat. I wish I got one for myself.

The only con is that there is an entire side sewn from the outside where they stuffed the inside then sewed after. That's fine, but have that seam at the bottom, not an entire side. It is soft. It is lightweight. Easy to clean. Overall, I recommend it as long as you don't mind an outside facing seam.

I thought I was getting a duvet when i ordered this because the price was so low. But no, it is an actual comforter. It isn't very thick but it's surprisingly warm, yet not too hot. I could definitely use this in the winter with another blanket and be perfectly snug. And that's another thing, it's light weight but very cozy, it really has surprised me with how lovely it is despite it's low cost. I have it on my guest bed, but I find myself sneaking in there to take naps because it's literally puts the comfort in comforter for me! Sneaky surprise find and I highly recommend. The included pillow shams are true to size, I tried stuffing some queen size pillows in there and they're not having it, without a doubt only room for full sized pillows.
