Easy to install and directions were provided in multiple languages. Everything needed was included in the kit. Packaging was minimized to reduce waste. Most screen protectors and phone cases are a pain to install but this one was straightforward: clean your phone, remove old screen protectors and other protective coating, place your phone between the front and back covers, remove film, open flap for charging port, then snap it into place. Squeeze what little air is out, then close the charging port flap. The screen has great touchscreen sensitivity, so I didn't have to make any adjustments in order to use biometrics or the touchscreen. This case is super sturdy and comes with a lanyard. Of all the cases I've ever had so far, this one has been the best! Price point is fair and I feel the case is worth the money spent! I didn't conduct waterproof tests because that wasn't the driver of this purchase. I needed something that would keep me from having to replace phones due to breakage, and this is it! I just installed my Samsung S24 Ultra into a waterproof CozyCase. Initially, I had a hard time separating the two sides of the case, but then I saw the opener enclosed, and it was easy from then on. I like the construction of the case and how well it fits, protecting my cell from daily use. I bought the case because I spend a lot of my time in the garden, and with the new case, I can stop worrying about damaging my phone, anytime, anywhere. Thought I'd give this one a try as it seemed to be what I was looking for. The price was good, it seemed to be somewhat translucent and most importantly for me, it had a front piece with a plastic screen cover. The assembly was easy and pretty straight forward. It's done a great job protecting my phone so far. Even though I try to be careful, I've dropped or knocked the phone down quite a few times already and it's well protected. The additional pluses: Separate corner tab that opens to provide access to the S Pen Everything aligns well. Feels like part of the phone. Minuses: Back isn't quite as see-through as I hoped so you won't really be able to make out the color of the phone, if that's important to you. Even though the screen cover is designed for fingerprint lock, mine hasn't worked since I put the case on. I haven't taken the time to try and remedy it. No. Waste of money. Galaxy S23 didn't help. Biometrics did not work at all. It was also really hard to even register any touch. I did not test the waterproof function. My s23 is waterproof as it is to a degree.

Interferes with fingerprint reader with/without additional hybrid glass screen protector and with/without the circular material included. I love the sturdiness, feel, design and protection it seems to provide. But now I'm skeptical about purchasing any other case
