Great case. Wireless charging works. Built in Screen protector is almost as good as clear glass protector. The flap for the charging port is easy to open and seems pretty durable. Call volume and sound quality is still good even though this is a waterproof case. And not only does the fingerprint sensor work great with this case, that part of the screen is replaceable. They include 3 extra clear circles that are replacements for that part of the screen in case it gets damaged or stops working. I haven't needed them yet because it worked great out of the box. You do have to get all the air out from between the sensor and the protector, and it helps to let it sit overnight. After that mine was perfect. I wasn't sure about the included lanyard at first but now I love it, it makes avoiding drops easier. The case is just a little bit grippy, which is perfect for me because it slides into pockets easily and provides enough grip to hold onto. I haven't tried the waterproofness of the case and I haven't dropped it yet either so I can't comment on that but just looking at it, I think it will be great at both. Great case, very durable, it's taken quite a few falls for me and it still works. The fingerprint thing doesn't work though which kind of sucks, but it is waterproof I've taken it out on the water several times and never had an issue with anything leaking. I like the style and the look of it.And so far it's held up great value for the money? Sound quality could be a little bit better, but it's not so bad. Easy to install and I like the grip of it for the most part.It doesn't slip out of your hands ... show more

My 1st review was wrong about this case, and I apologize. Let me start over by saying this case here is everything they said it was! I dropped my phone face down into a pot of water by accident. I pulled my phone outta the water and wiped it down. Nothing happened to my phone! It works flawlessly because of this case. I highly recommend this case here! The case so strong it muffles the speaker phone. Lolol. Never had a case that actually lived up to its power.until I picked this one up. Best money you can spend to protect your phone investment. Well I was very disappointed with this case. It came used and missing small pieces. But I needed a case so I was going to make it work, however the finger print scanner would not work what so ever with this case. So im sending it back. Amazon offered me to keep it during the return for only $7 and return the rest of the money. So that should tell you something... I didnt want to keep it because it does not work. Haven't done a stop test, and won't be, but care wise it seems alright. I wanted a waterproof case primarily for the S Pen coverage. It did pass a waterproof test before I put the phone in the case. Surprisingly, for a waterproof case, the fingerprint scanner world quite well. It helped that the fingerprint film was pre installed on the inside of the cover, as other cases you've had to put it on there yourself and I never seemed to get the position right. On it's own the non-magnetic wireless charging works, albeit barely. Unfortunately, putting a thin finger loop on the back made the wireless charging inoperable. That didn't happen when I had a waterproof Spidercase for my S22 Ultra. I'm sure it's some for protective reasons, but there's a high lip between the back pad of the phone and the edges of the car, so I'm thinking that distance is what made the wireless charging not work. The speaker sound on this case is much better than on the S22 Spidercase, but for all I know that could be because of a difference between the two phones rather than the cases. This case is much lighter than that one too. I'll probably keep it, just without the finger loop unfortunately. I'd love a magnetic one, but everything I've read is that the magnets mess up the S Pen functionality. I'd even go for a non waterproof case if it included an S Pen cover. Cause inevitably whenever I'd drop the phone without such a cover the S Pen would go flying. ... show more

Button/tab to turn phone on and off failed actually coming out of the hard shell portion of the phone case. Was unable to put it back into position after several attempts. Previous Otterbox phone protector was a better design. Also, this Cozy Case phone protector was listed as being waterproof, which proved to NOT BE TRUE when accidentally exposed phone to water. Supposed waterproof claim was not true. Would have punched an Otterbox when obtained new phone, but it was not available at the time for a Samsung S-24 Ultra phone. ... show more
