Let's talk about the Pros and Cons Pros: *fits perfectly *clean installation *color very close to what is advertised *water resistant with a good seal on ports *recognizes finger print while in case Cons: *front camera severely reduces quality of photo. Photos come out dim and not crisp. I have to try to edit it to improve quality. Its decent when enough light, but in medium or indoor lighting its not great. Bottomline: it is the color I needed (I need bright colors to "see it"), it is durable and offers protection, but the front cover reduces photo quality while the back camera still takes good photos. Doubt they will do an updated version since we are now on Galaxy S25 ultra. Recommendations: the front camera should have a thinner layer to allow crisper photos while the rest remains the same. ... show more

    • Misleading Description – Fingerprint Reader Doesn’t Work

I bought this case specifically because the description said it was waterproof and compatible with the phone’s fingerprint reader. Unfortunately, that hasn't been my experience. The fingerprint reader does not work with this case. I’ve tried removing and reapplying the included sticker multiple times, but I keep getting the same message on my phone: "Clean the screen around the fingerprint reader." Because of this, I can’t use my fingerprint to unlock the phone or set up new fingerprints at all. Given that the fingerprint functionality was a key feature, I no longer trust the waterproof claim either. If it can’t handle simple biometric access, I’m not about to risk putting my phone in water to find out if that part of the claim is true. Overall, the product description feels misleading, and the case hasn’t delivered what was promised. ... show more

Easy to install and directions were provided in multiple languages. Everything needed was included in the kit. Packaging was minimized to reduce waste. Most screen protectors and phone cases are a pain to install but this one was straightforward: clean your phone, remove old screen protectors and other protective coating, place your phone between the front and back covers, remove film, open flap for charging port, then snap it into place. Squeeze what little air is out, then close the charging port flap. The screen has great touchscreen sensitivity, so I didn't have to make any adjustments in order to use biometrics or the touchscreen. This case is super sturdy and comes with a lanyard. Of all the cases I've ever had so far, this one has been the best! Price point is fair and I feel the case is worth the money spent! I didn't conduct waterproof tests because that wasn't the driver of this purchase. I needed something that would keep me from having to replace phones due to breakage, and this is it! I've been putting the case to the test and feel my phone is adequately protected against damage. ... show more
