I'm actually shocked by how good this concealer is. It's very light, which is great for building, but it's not sheer. It has really good coverage without being cakey, and lasted all day. Although with it being on the thinner side, it might not fit your needs if you want full coverage. It works perfect for me because I don't do a full face, I just cover acne scars and dark circles. I love a natural look. But the weight of this makes it great for pairing with other makeup, like a foundation or I use the Loreal ageless foundation in a powder which I also love. Lastly this smells faintly like paint, which, essentially, is what it is. And it doesn't have the strong perfume or sweet scent that makes me worry my face will break out. It's rated clean on the Yuka app, where I found it when I decided to switch to non-toxic products. It was the recommended replacement for ELF 16hr concealer. ... show more

This is my first time trying this concealer and I love it! I like the fact that the applicator brush is large enough with the ability to be precise. I've also used it in combination with my tinted moisturizer to get the perfect shade when I don't want to use a heavy foundation.

Although many people compare Covergirl products to "basic, middle grade" products I have always considered their products to be high end quality based on longevity, quality and professional, clean look. This concealer blends well, is not "cake-ey" and has a proper color tone (not orange toned in any way). The only concern as a buyer is making sure the color is correct for you. I use this under my eyes and personally the color Medium is too dark and Fair/Light/Porcelain colors are too light; so Light is always just perfect. Quality of makeup this is 5/5 stars. It's very easy to find a good color match with this concealer. The large wand is okay but makes it sort of difficult to get closer under the eyes. I like this most to cover large red areas. i just wanted to try to see if it would be a good long lasting concealer, it’s not too bad still a little cakie and you have to blend it out quickly or else it will get dry, it could be because i don’t use primer
