I love pairing the Illuminating with the Color Neutralization (green) primer. I use the Neutral under my eyes and then the Illuminating on my cheekbones, chin, and central forehead. I really can tell a difference when I use the primer or not once I apply my foundation. My skin feels softer and my skin tone seems more blended and the same all over my face.
