I like the velevety feel of the liquid/semi-solid foundation and it's ability to moisturize skin while leaving little to no shine. It also comes in very pale colors as well as very dark ones. It lasts all day and I have worn it to sleep in more than once without getting any blemishes. It acts as a moisturizer at this point of having had it on for an entire day and needs little touching up throughout the day. It can be used with or without a concealer. The design of the compact itself has gone down in quality as it will snap apart easily, yet, the quality of the liquid-to-powder foundation has not gone down in quality that I can measure. It's well worth the money as I have many expensive foundations and make-ups which do not compare to the quickness of coverage and long lasting wear which this product has. It is worth the buy ... simply learn to be more delicate, gentle with your compact. And remember that if you still get more shine than you wanted, that there is an exact color powder foundation compact in this brand, Cover Girl, to lightly dust on your creme/liquid-to-powder foundation for the perfect long lasting effect for 1/4 the price of the expensive stuff! You can afford shimmer dust and contour this way by saving money! I have used this makeup for years. Recently i tried a few different ones because this one gets on your clothes you have to be very careful not to touch your face. it lasts long and even if you sweat it barely is affected. I have even had it on and after sweating rinsed my face without touching it and it stays. it does look better if you touch up but usually not needed on a regular day. other makeups cake up and crackle. this only does if you put way too much. make sure your skin is pre-moisturised and dry. wipe off excess moisture before using this. If you are looking to cover texture this makeup works the best so far that i have tried. but to avoid cracking when you cover the texture you should cover wait a while, then when a bit more dry, dab it with a cloth on the end of your finger and re-apply to the textured area but not with a sponge, use the same cloth finger you used to dab it smooth. The cloth is less absorbent so when you are trying to cover texture it doesn't keep absorbing into the sponge but is still a smooth layer, you will want to clean your fingernail on that finger after ... show more

I've been using this for years, I really hope they never get rid of it! I'm not a big fan of foundation or covering up my face in a thick layer of anything. This product is perfect for that, it covers red spots/uneven skin without clogging my pores. Looks flawless.
