I purchased these boots in a size 9. These shoes are very cute. But also very difficult to get into if you have a wide foot. Once the foot is halfway in, I encountered the flattening and scrunching of the heel material, trying to get my foot all the way into the shoe. These would be better if they came with zippers. It is as if the shoes are made out of rubber, fabric and cardboard.
