The photo is my first attempt with the help of my 6 year old and a couple YouTube videos to help me figure out how to string it. Directions are ok, but vague. A few suggestions: 1. use their beads or buy GOOD uniform seed beads. If you notice, mine are a little random, which makes the sides uneven. 2. Get a “needle” made for beading. It’s essentially a bendy wire with a big hole on the end. It will save your eyes from threading and your fingers from poking. 3. Watch a few YouTube videos first. I have a lot of free time in the summer. I used to own a loom but lost it in one of my moves. Decided to give this loom a try. You get enough beads for about an 8 string project, depending on the size you are making, with white, black and multicolored beads. The reason why this is getting a 3 star review is that the needle I received was a typical sewing needle. Many of the beads did not fit through the eye whilst stringing and if they did, would not go through a second time when you had to actually loom. When pressure is applied the beads would crush. It's useable, but crooked and wonky. Only 3 of the legs sit flush on the table. It's made with a rigid metal that cannot be straightened.

The spacing of the coil is much too wide for 11/0 beads which are the “basic” size of seed beads. It pulls the work apart. Also, it’s just a little too short to make an adult bracelet without moving the work up which seems unnecessarily annoying.
