I got this barstool for my apartment and it turned out perfect. The style is really modern and clean, and the seat with the backrest is comfortable to sit on for meals or just hanging out. The stools look really nice at the island in my kitchen. The quality of the fabric on the chairs is nice and the color is cute. When I sit on them, they’re super comfortable. The size and height worked out well. When I initially received the box, I was missing 2 cross bars but I was able to contact the seller easily and they got back to me immediately. They shipped the parts… no fuss. Got them right away and put together the stools. I do appreciate how great the customer service was. I’m only giving them 4 stars because the assembly wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be. You have to screw everything in just right or you’re left with wobbly stools. I had to re do the stools a couple of times. But once I got them just right, they seem pretty sturdy. I did have to take the legs off one stool to tighten after using it a few times but hopefully that did the trick. I haven’t had to retighten the other two. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase. If I ever need more stools, I’d purchase again.
