Start with 1 gram of coffee for 17 grams of water for most brewing devices. Experiment with more or less coffee to find the perfect brewing ratio for you! Keep whole-bean coffee in an airtight container, out of direct sunlight and away from heat and moisture. All of our coffees are whole-bean, allowing you to grind the coffee to your desired coarseness while ensuring optimal freshness and flavor. Brew with filtered water that is heated to between 195º and 205º Fahrenheit. Coffee tastes best when you can trust that it’s sustainably sourced, transparently traded, and roasted to perfection.
