This was so mild I won’t finish the bag. My husband was pretty upset. He likes a medium roast like pike place SB, or pleasant buzz 🐝 Whole Foods. This is very mild like a blonde roast.

I've been drinking CC coffee for years, as well as beans from many other roasters, and this is one of my favorite coffees right now. Some spicy complexity but mostly rich and chocolatey. Excellent everyday bean. Recommended.
