This purse is the perfect purse for me! It is the perfect size, both in terms of the actual body of the purse and the length of the straps as a crossbody. Considering I’ll likely use it as a crossbody, I have no thoughts on the shoulder strap which is not in my way. I got the forever green cotton version. In my opinion the forever green really is a beautiful ocean blue color. The cotton material likely will be easy to clean. Hands down this purse was a great purchase because the size, nice color and price were perfect for me! I will use this purse daily! Inside there is enough room for my iPhone, wallet, several small items and there is one interior pocket. Even with these things, the purse doesn’t feel heavy. This is a cute cotton quilted purse! Compared to other quilted bags I have seen it is very structured and not as loose and relaxed. The main compartment has enough room for my wallet, sun glasses, Kleenexes, and even my thin mittens in the winter. I like the zippered pocket for feminine products and the small pocket in the middle for lip gloss and hand lotion. It is a great size with adequate room! The material is definitely a good quality cotton. I got the black bag and it does show lint and feathers from my jacket. They stick to the cotton more than do on my cheap polyester or spandex quilted purses. The strap is nice and sturdy and easily adjustable. I also like the option to take the long strap off and just use the shorter strap. Everything on it is of good Vera Bradley, quality! It’s got a good zipper too! Perfect size 1 zip pocket. Beautiful pattern that is for all seasons. I use fixed handle as it doesn’t fall off my shoulder. I usually use longer handle for a crossbody carry but I don’t like getting into the purse with two straps to juggle. I like it a lot!
